Get ready for an action-packed weekend at the Chicago Planner Conference! Our schedule is brimming with excitement from start to finish.

Kicking off with welcome events on Friday afternoon, we dive into a day filled with General Sessions and Workshops on Saturday, culminating in our Closing Session on Sunday morning.

In between, our vibrant vendor marketplace awaits, offering ample opportunities to shop, learn, and mingle with friends. There's never a dull moment at the Chicago Planner Conference!

Everyone! Whether you're a seasoned planner enthusiast or just starting your journey, our conference welcomes all with open arms. Join our vibrant community of creative minds and organizational wizards for an unforgettable experience. While most activities are open to guests 13 and older, please note that certain events with open bars may be limited to attendees 21 and older. We can't wait to meet you at the Chicago Planner Conference!

Are tickets refundable?

We're committed to delivering an unforgettable experience at the Chicago Planner Conference, and to do so, we meticulously plan and prepare.

Chicago Planner Conference tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable.  Please reach out to cpclogisticsteam@gmail.com to transfer your ticket to someone on the waitlist or a transferee you have secured. Please note, you will be charged a $10 transfer fee.
