Get ready to secure your spot at the planner event of the year! Our tickets for the Chicago Planner Conference (CPC) will go on sale soon, and you won't want to miss out! More than 500 tickets will be available for this jam-packed weekend!

Alumni Tickets

Alumni tickets are offered first, and everyone that has attended a past CPC event will receive an email with details on how to register. We will contact you at the email address you used when purchasing your last ticket to CPC.

General Tickets

General tickets will be sold after the alumni sale.

Get ready for an action-packed weekend at the Chicago Planner Conference! Our schedule is brimming with excitement from start to finish.

Kicking off with welcome events on Friday afternoon, we dive into a day filled with General Sessions and Workshops on Saturday, culminating in our Closing Session on Sunday morning.

In between, our vibrant vendor marketplace awaits, offering ample opportunities to shop, learn, and mingle with friends. There's never a dull moment at the Chicago Planner Conference!

While most activities are open to guests 13 and older, please note that certain events with open bars may be limited to attendees 21 and older. We can't wait to meet you at the Chicago Planner Conference!

Are tickets refundable?

We're committed to delivering an unforgettable experience at the Chicago Planner Conference, and to do so, we meticulously plan and prepare.

Chicago Planner Conference tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable.  Please reach out to cpclogisticsteam@gmail.com to transfer your ticket to someone on the waitlist or a transferee you have secured. Please note, you will be charged a $10 transfer fee.
